adequate but disappointing
musty smell limited breakfast
the staff were helpful. (especially the reception).
the room had a musty smell upon arrival and the air conditioning did not work well. i was moved to another room, but it did not have the rice field view i paid extra for. the breakfast variety was limited compared to other hotels i have visited.

noisy pipes thin door
the room got very noisy. i think it had to do with water pipes, and they seemed to be doing maintenance. staff did move us to a different room on the same floor, but it still wasent great. plus, sounds from the street come right through the thin door.

serene padi field views and really good staff
great size padi field shuttle service
the room was a great size for the family. the view from the balcony overlooked padi fields. this provided a sense of calm. the hotel provides a shuttle service several times each day. it made getting around very easy.
the rooms were very noisy, we could hear water pipes. this system was under maintenance and disturbing. the entrance door is thin and let pass outside noise.

the pool overlooks the rice fields, a unique and beautiful experience. the hotel has a shuttle service to the beach and into town. the service runs multiple times per day.
